Return

Return procedure:

  1. Please take photos of the product you wish to return and include your order number. NB! You can only register a return within the legal 14 days after you have received the package according to track & trace.

  2. Send the photos with the corresponding invoice to info@freshparts.nl, including the reason for return.

  3. We will review the photos and approve or deny the return request.
    NB! Once the product has been installed, we cannot take it back.

  4. If approved, you will receive an email from us with a link to purchase a shipping label. You can then return the package to:
    Kruisboog 55, 3905 TE Veenendaal.

    Make sure the product is always packed in a separate box. If it turns out upon arrival that the box of the product itself has been used as shipping packaging, we will be forced to charge costs or refuse the return.

    If you are using the original shipping box, remove the old shipping label and place the new label clearly visible on the box. In addition, make sure you put the invoice or a note with the order number in the box so that we can process the return. If we cannot trace the sender, we cannot process the package and will wait until you contact us.

  5. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after arrival of your return, provided the product has been returned in good order. If the package is not in correct condition, we will contact you.

 

Please note:

- If you return a product while you have received a “free” product and after returning it no longer meets the minimum order value for this product, you must also return the free product. If you do not do this, the amount of the free product will be deducted from the amount to be credited.

- Returns are entirely at your own risk! If a return package is lost or damaged during shipping, Fresh Parts cannot be held liable and no reimbursement will be made.

- If you do not handle the returns process via our returns portal and the package arrives to us without any form of recognition (such as an order number or name), we will not be able to process the package. In that case too, the risk lies entirely with the sender.


Exchange

Do you want to exchange a helmet for a different size or color? That's no problem! Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided you notify us in time.

The exchange is free of charge, we will provide you with a return label. Please indicate clearly in your request which size or color you would like to exchange the helmet for. As soon as we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible and send you the desired variant.

Please note: Exchanges are only possible for helmets, and only for a different size or color.

 

 

Returns:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will receive the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to our online store are at your own expense. These amount to an average of €5.95 per package; consult your carrier's website for current rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned - if possible - with all accessories supplied in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation. So pack the product well and carefully. Damage or loss during transport due to insufficient packaging or incorrect closing of the box is the responsibility of the customer. Products that are custom-made or without original packaging cannot be returned.

For returns, follow the instructions as described above. Upon correct receipt of the returned product, we will refund the order amount within 14 days.

 

Please check your order carefully upon receipt:

Did you receive your package damaged or incomplete? Then immediately take photos of the box and the product. Report damage or missing parts immediately via info@freshparts.nl. Fresh Parts is not obliged to replace products with minor deviations. We are also not responsible for returns that have not arrived or for damage that has not been reported in advance.
